Uneori, Fianna Fáil a slujit Irlanda foarte bine, alteori foarte rau.

Odd to see this type of statement emanating from the Irish times, isn’t patriotism so 1860 and not the thing that ‘good social democratic Europeans’ engage in ?

So frequently does this paper appear to take delight in the plight of the country as a device to damage Fianna Fail, and so obvious is it’s pro-Labour bias, that one wonders why at the 11th hour, the IT appears to be decrying the loss of sovereignty, that it has through it’s campaign of negativity helped to engender.

Has this paper once openly opposed a European integration step, no matter how undemocratic or how much power it concentrates in the hands of the EU3 ? Why now turn around a criticise the power that has been handed to Europe due to successive treaties, unions and economic arrangements, that the IT, is a principal supporter of ?

Brian Lucey’s party political platform generously provided by the IT. Morgan Kelly’s intervention – again – provided by the IT.

‘A duty to report the truth’ or an ‘agenda to push a socio-political agenda – no matter what the damage to the country’, What the IT expounds as truth, some of us view as opportunism to damage the government to bring about a Labour-led dystopia. This imperative has also caused ‘collateral damage’ to the country and the IT, has played a not insignificant part in it.
